Yacon Syrup for weightloss – the new miracle fat burner?

Yacon syrup seems to be the new trendy do-nothing-and-lose-weight product. I know for a fact that Garcinia Cambogia, which was so popular in 2013, worked -so I assume this product originating from the same 5-star review @ Dr. Oz show is potent as well.

Buying yacon syrup is a very decent option, since it’s based on the natural extracts only (yacon root) and barely has any side effects. At the same time yacon syrup extract is a powerful metabolism booster and appetite suppressant, so if you are struggling with weight loss, buy this now while it’s on sale:

The only thing I add to these promo deals: you need to help ANY supplement or pill. Even if you don’t want to or can’t work out, do simpler stuff to speed up your weight loss: drink cold water during day, walk more, stand up from the office chair often.

Good luck!

My sister is taking it since November – and yeas she has the same brand name product.

It’s been three months and she has lost 5 pounds so far, she says she feels great atm.

I too prefer fitness to dieting but you know to each his own – she was a well-paying job and has to sit all day, that’s why she put on some weight. This product seems to help her a lot.

  2. Yacon syrup/molasses is good stuff. I am currently taking the liquid one (bought on Amazon, from quality life essentials I think) for the sake of metabolism boosting. I have also started running again (yay winter’s gone!) so I can only say I’ve never felt better.

I tried every diet out there. I usually just starved myself by trying different diets that didn’t even work. I experienced headaches and nausea because I was never eating properly. I also got stomach issues due to chaotic eating. So I’ll never try any type of crazy diet. Most of them just ruin your health. Now I want to try only natural and healthy things to help me get rid of those annoying extra pounds. I got yacon syrup a while ago and I’m so pleased. Surprisingly, I lost 6 pounds in less than two months! That happened without starving myself. I just took one teaspoon of yacon syrup before each meal and that’s it. I was stunned to see that I got results basically without doing anything. This is definitely a keeper! I’ll continue to take it.

Definitely recommending the suipplement to my mom for weight loss. I have been using regular yacon syrup during workout weeks and it made me feel real well, I bet this packaged pills stuff is good too since it’s USA-made!

My wife is taking yacon syrup – she tried raspberry ketone before but with no success. This yacon stuff seems to work – she’s getting her SEXY back! 😛

      • Sam says:

My wife convinced me to try this yacon syrup to lose weight. I was pretty skeptical about it because I don’t believe in miracle products.

My wife tried so many supplements and the effects were barely visible. I took one teaspoon of syrup before each meal as she said. I loved that sweet taste and I thought it’s going to be a great way to eat something sweet without being shouted at. After a while my wife noticed that my waist line was reduced.

She actually measured it and she was right. I guess the yacon syrup is actually working after all even if I didn’t change my eating habits. That’s great because it’s delicious. If it helps me drop the extra pounds, it’s even better.

Until now, I couldn’t lose weight. I have no time to work out and I can’t drastically change my eating habits to eat salads like those skinny women on TV. I tried some diets and they made me sick. I was feeling dizzy all the time and I had terrible stomach aches because I was always hungry. But that doesn’t mean that I don’t want to lose weight. I got this yacon syrup a few months ago and I’m happy to see that it’s working. My digestion has improved and I already dropped 8 pounds so far. My waist line is reduced too so that I even had to adjust some clothes. It seems that I can lose weight after all.

If you have children, you don’t have time or money to get a personal trainer and to spend half the day working out. Dieting is out of the question because our family likes to eat a lot. But we don’t want to get obese either so we got yacon syrup to substitute sugar. It’s a great sweetener with a very fine taste. Still, no one used it very much.

But one of my daughters took it on a daily basis before each meal and dropped 7 pounds in just a month and a half without changing any of her eating or exercise habits. We’ll all start using it now!

    • True. Not everyone can afford extensive training; yet there are little things anyone can do, like movnig more or doing the plank for half a minute.

  7. Jacky says:

I hate those commercials on TV where they show skinny women and very fit men. Real people don’t look like that. Those spend a fortune on personal trainers and they probably barely eat at all. I like to eat well and to exercise moderately at home. I know that I still have a few pounds but I’ll get rid of those in a few months. I recently discovered yacon syrup and it’s kinda been a revelation. There is no healthier and effortless way to lose weight. I lose 7 pounds in five weeks without trying any new diet and without exercising more. I recommend it to anyone. As long as you eat quite healthy and you exercise a bit, it boosts your metabolism like no other. And it’s natural too so that’s a huge bonus.

  8. I have never been a fan of diets. You need to work out in order to lose weight. But many are too lazy. I was very overweight when I realized that I shouldn’t necessarily eat less but I should eat healthier and exercise more. That paid off. Slowly, but it did. Now I got myself yacon syrup because I saw on TV that it can help you improve the digestion. I had some issues in the past and I thought maybe it will help. It actually did that for me. It’s much better than all the fibers that I tried so far. I thought I might be imagining things, when I noticed that I lose more weight since I take it too. Wishful thinking or not, the scale doesn’t lie. I lost a few extra pounds. Awesome!

    • Thanks for the comment Marina. I too think that diets are something unnatural. Eating RIGHT is more important than starving, and movement is crucial too. Good luck!

  9. Jennifer says:

I’ve always thought I don’t lose weight because my metabolism is too slow. I had friends that ate more than I did and they were much slimmer. I’m taking yacon syrup from YourLeanBody now and I feel that my digestive system is finally working as it should. I eat the same, but I started to lose weight and inches. All my friends noticed that I got slimmer. I finally look better. I’ll keep taking 3-4 teaspoons of this syrup until I’ll reach my goal, then I’ll probably take a bit less but I’ll never forget about it.

  10. Heidy says:

Yacon syrup is one of the best weight loss products that I’ve ever tried. And I spent fortunes on countless products. I tried all kinds of diets and even personal trainers. I quickly got bored with exercising till exhaustion but I got stuck with trying diets. Some of them required you to barely eat, but when you do, to eat expensive things. That didn’t pay off. I just starved myself and wasted money. After a while I desperately turned to sweets and my favorite foods again. Now I got a quite good nutrition but I don’t exercise too much. But I take 3 teaspoons a day of yacon syrup. It effortlessly helped me lose 8 pounds in just a few weeks without doing anything special! I’ll stick with it forever.

    • Frugality is an important aspect of dieting, I agree. Motivation costs more than any system out there, and exercises are free as I always say.

  11. Jenn says:

My husband gained lots of weight in the last years. I can’t convince him to go to the gym and he won’t ever change his eating habits. But it was easy to make him eat yacon syrup. He adds it on pancakes and in his tea. He likes it because it has a really sweet pleasant taste. He is taking it for some months now and we both noticed that the waist line got reduced and he lost some weight. Old clothes finally fit him now. I am confident that nice and slow he’ll get to a normal weight if he continues to take yacon syrup on a daily basis.

    • That’s good Jenn! Yes indeed even the regular yacon syrup (not the supplement) works as a metabolism booster. Imagine how potent the special weightloss supplement based on Yacon syrup is!

  12. Lana says:

I’ve always been obsessed with my weight. Being overweight as a child lead to endless frustration. I tried countless diets. Some worked, others didn’t. But most of those who worked were very demanding. You are barely allowed to eat something. I visited a nutritionist two months ago and he indicated a balanced diet. I eat healthy now. I also added yacon syrup in my daily routine. I just take a teaspoon before a meal. Though I thought I’ll gain weight again with this balanced diet and sweet syrup, it’s on the contrary. I started to lose weight and my belly fat started to go away as well. I think I just discovered the best and most surprising weight loss aid: the delicious yacon syrup. I recommend this solution to anyone who is tired of starving and diets.

  13. Bill says:

OK, not to minimize anyone else’s positive experience of this product, but I would be interested to know if I’m the only person experiencing extremely unpleasant side effects. I took a total of three teaspoons in the course of about a day and a half. I became extremely bloated and constipated, then came down with fever and chills and spent a day in bed extremely uncomfortable and ill. Even after the fever passed there was no relief to the constipation and bloating. If I coughed there was immense pressure in my lower abdomen. I am an extremely (2-3x) regular person, so if anything, based on what I had read, I would have expected for that to increase. I finally got some prune juice and now I’m at the opposite extreme. I will say it delivered on its promise of quick weight loss, as between the inability to eat from being so bloated, and now the constant “going” I think I lost about 8 pounds in 2 days. I hate to give up on it, because 1) it was 30 bucks at my local Whole Paycheck, and 2) I’m not good a keeping to a diet. I only wanted to lose about 10-15 lbs I picked up over the winter. I did notice that most of the info was about women, so is there something different about being a man? Or should I try again and start with a much smaller amount?

    • Hi Bill and thanks for your comment. It sounds a bit weird that just adding yacon syrup for a day you got all these unpleaseant effects. Try to think back and exclude other stuff that could actually cause your poisoning, maybe an unwashed fruit or undercooked meat? It’s summer so these things are possible.

Normally there should be no side effects like that – also try to exclude some digestive tract conditions, maybe it’s a sign you need to get checked? Asking a doctor would be good if you have that option. Also, what brand of yacon syrup did you buy?
