Now and again (okay, all the time) I get an idea in my head and BOOM, I have to act on it there and then.
That might have happened today.
As you might know, I’m currently gearing myself up for the Cardiff Half. I’ve got a fair bit of time to prepare myself, but if i’m perfectly honest I have never been that good a runner. Don’t get me wrong, I love keeping fit. I’ve got to the point where I actually enjoy going to the gym. But long distance running is a whole different kettle of fish; my endurance is pretty low.
